Paragon understands that communication is paramount to a successful renovation. This is why we make it our duty to keep you informed during every phase of the project. When the plans from your architect or interior designer are complete, Paragon will check the specifications on site to ensure there are no hidden problems that could cause delays or additional costs. We will also advise on the permissions you may need pursue and apply for them on your behalf, negotiating any changes with the authorities.

Your project manager will obtain three separate quotes for the work and review them in detail to ensure that all labour and material requirements are suitable and meet Paragon's strict value expectations.

Before work begins, your project manager will draw up a detailed schedule that shows start and end dates for different stages and different trades. They will integrate that with a delivery schedule for materials so that different contractors can get on with their work without the risk of delay caused by late delivery. Once work begins, Paragon keeps in contact with suppliers and the team working on site to ensure maximum efficiency. If there is a late delivery or a missing tradesperson, they will make adjustments and arrange other work so there is no overall delay. 

Quality assurance is our top priority - When we are on site, we conduct thorough checks of the works and ensure that it meets the specifications and the standards agreed to in the contract. If necessary, we will arrange remedial work to maintain quality.
